1. الخدمة
نوفر عرض منتجات وبيعها داخل مصر، مع إمكانية الاستفسار وتسجيل الطلب عبر الموقع أو عبر الرسائل على فيسبوك ماسنجر وإنستغرام.
2. الطلبات والأسعار
- الأسعار بالجنيه المصري ما لم يُذكر غير ذلك، وقد تشمل التوصيل حسب العرض الظاهر.
- التوصيل داخل المحافظات المتاحة لدينا، وعادة خلال المدة المعلنة عند الطلب (مثل 4 إلى 7 أيام).
- بعد تسجيل الطلب قد يتواصل فريقنا لتأكيد البيانات وموعد التسليم. الطلب يُعد مكتملاً بعد التأكيد وفق إجراءاتنا.
- يجب تزويدنا باسم صحيح ورقم هاتف وعنوان يمكن التوصيل إليه. البيانات الخاطئة قد تؤخر أو تلغي التنفيذ.
3. استخدام الرسائل والتعليقات
- استخدم المحادثة والتعليقات للاستفسار عن المنتجات أو إتمام الطلب بلغة محترمة.
- لا ترسل محتوى غير قانوني أو مسيء أو مخالف لسياسات ميتا.
- قد نوقف الرد الآلي إذا رد موظف من الصفحة، حتى لا نقاطع المحادثة البشرية.
- الردود الآلية مساعدة وليست استشارة طبية. راجع تعليمات المنتج واستشر مختصاً عند الحاجة.
4. الملكية الفكرية
اسم زهور وعلامتها ومحتوى الموقع ملك لنا أو لمرخّصينا. لا يحق نسخها أو إعادة بيع الخدمة دون إذن.
5. إخلاء المسؤولية
نسعى لتشغيل الخدمة بانتظام، لكن الرسائل والربط مع فيسبوك قد تتأثر بعطل أو حدّ من ميتا أو الشبكة. لا نضمن ردّاً فورياً في كل لحظة. مسؤوليتنا عن أي طلب تقتصر على قيمة ذلك الطلب ما لم يوجب القانون غير ذلك.
6. القانون
تسري هذه الشروط وفقاً لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتكون المحاكم المصرية المختصة بالنظر في النزاعات.

The service
We offer products for sale in Egypt. You may ask questions and place orders on the website or through Facebook Messenger and Instagram.
Orders and prices
- Prices are in Egyptian pounds unless stated otherwise and may include delivery as shown at the time of order.
- Delivery is within the governorates we serve, usually within the timeframe stated when ordering (for example 4 to 7 days).
- Our team may contact you to confirm details and delivery time. An order is completed according to our confirmation process.
- You must provide a real name, phone number, and a deliverable address. Incorrect data may delay or cancel fulfillment.
Messages and comments
- Use chat and comments to ask about products or complete an order, respectfully.
- Do not send illegal, abusive, or Meta-policy-violating content.
- Automatic replies may pause if a staff member replies from the Page, so the human conversation is not interrupted.
- Automated replies are assistance, not medical advice. Follow product instructions and consult a professional when needed.
Intellectual property
The Zohuor name, brand, and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them or resell the service without permission.
Limitation of liability
We aim to keep the service available, but messaging and Facebook connectivity may fail due to Meta limits, outages, or network issues. We do not guarantee an instant reply at all times. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order unless the law requires otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
