تصف هذه السياسة كيف يجمع موقع زهور - بيت الصحة على zohorfoods.shop البيانات الشخصية ويستخدمها عند زيارة الموقع، أو التواصل معنا عبر فيسبوك ماسنجر أو إنستغرام، أو تسجيل طلب.
1. من نحن

2. البيانات التي نجمعها
من العملاء عبر الموقع أو الطلب
- الاسم، رقم الهاتف، والعنوان لتسجيل الطلب والتوصيل داخل مصر.
- تفاصيل الطلب والمنتجات والكميات.
من فيسبوك ماسنجر وإنستغرام
- معرّف المحادثة لدى فيسبوك أو إنستغرام (لا نحصل على كلمة مرور حسابك).
- نص الرسائل، والأزرار التي تضغطها، والصور والتسجيلات الصوتية إن أرسلتها.
- التعليقات على المنشورات، واسم المعلّق إن وفّره فيسبوك، ومعرّف التعليق.
عند ربط صفحات زهور
- معرّف الصفحة واسمها، ورمز الدخول إلى الصفحة، ومعرّف حساب إنستغرام المرتبط إن وُجد.
- نستخدم هذه البيانات للرد باسم صفحاتنا فقط، وليس للوصول إلى الحساب الشخصي لمن يربط الصفحة.
3. كيف نستخدم البيانات
- الرد على الاستفسارات وعرض المنتجات والأسعار وتسجيل الطلبات.
- الرد على تعليقات المنشورات برسالة عامة ثم رسالة خاصة عند الحاجة.
- متابعة الطلب مع فريق خدمة العملاء وشركات الشحن.
- تحسين جودة الخدمة ومنع الإساءة أو الرسائل المكثفة.
لا نبيع بيانات فيسبوك أو إنستغرام، ولا نستخدمها للإعلان لدى أطراف أخرى.
4. المشاركة مع أطراف أخرى
لا نبيع بياناتك. قد نشارك ما يلزم فقط مع:
- فريق زهور لتنفيذ الطلب.
- شركات الشحن لتسليم الطلب داخل مصر.
- ميتا (فيسبوك / إنستغرام) لتشغيل الرسائل والتعليقات.
- الجهات المختصة إذا طلب القانون ذلك.
5. بيانات منصة فيسبوك
نستخدم بيانات منصة فيسبوك فقط لتشغيل خدمة الرسائل والتعليقات والطلبات على صفحات زهور. لا ننقلها لاستخدام تسويقي مستقل لدى الغير، ولا نمنحها لتطبيقات أخرى دون موافقتك أو مقتضى القانون.
6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ بمحادثات الطلبات والرسائل للمدة اللازمة لتنفيذ الطلب ودعم العملاء والالتزامات القانونية، ثم نحذفها أو نجهّلها عندما تنتفي الحاجة. رموز دخول الصفحات تُحدَّث أو تُحذف عند إلغاء الربط.
7. حقوقك وطلب الحذف
يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذف محادثتك وبيانات الطلب المرتبطة بها عبر info@zohorfoods.shop. يمكنك أيضاً حظر الصفحة أو حذف المحادثة من تطبيق ماسنجر أو إنستغرام.
8. الأطفال
الخدمة غير موجّهة لمن هم دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
9. الأمان
نحمي البيانات بوسائل تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة، بما في ذلك تقييد الوصول إلى رموز الصفحات والرسائل. لا توجد وسيلة نقل عبر الإنترنت آمنة بالكامل.
10. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة. يسري التحديث من تاريخ نشره في هذه الصفحة.

This policy explains how Zohuor – Beit Al Seha (“Zohuor”, “we”) at zohorfoods.shop collects and uses personal data when you use our website, contact us on Facebook Messenger or Instagram, or place an order.
Who we are
Zohuor is a store in Egypt. Contact: info@zohorfoods.shop
Data we collect
- Orders: name, phone number, and address for delivery in Egypt; product and quantity details.
- Messenger / Instagram customers: conversation ID (not your password); message text; button taps; photos and voice notes you send; post comments, commenter name if Facebook provides it, and comment ID.
- When Zohuor Pages are connected: Page ID and name, Page access token, and linked Instagram business account ID if present. We use these only to reply as our Pages, not to access anyone’s personal Facebook account.
How we use data
- Answer questions, show products and prices, and create orders.
- Reply to post comments publicly and, when needed, in private.
- Fulfill orders with our team and shipping partners.
- Improve service quality and limit abuse or flooding.
We do not sell Facebook or Instagram data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with: Zohuor staff; shipping companies in Egypt; Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to operate messaging; and authorities if the law requires it.
Facebook Platform data
We use Facebook Platform data only to operate messaging, comments, and ordering on Zohuor’s Pages. We do not transfer it for independent third-party marketing, and we do not give it to other apps without your consent or a legal duty.
Retention
We keep order and conversation data as long as needed to fulfill orders, support customers, and meet legal duties, then delete or anonymize it. Page tokens are refreshed or removed when a Page is disconnected.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your conversation and related order data at info@zohorfoods.shop. You can also block the Page or delete the chat in Messenger or Instagram.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Security and changes
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures. Internet transmission is never fully secure. We may update this policy; the new version applies from the date it is posted here.
